At first glance, this property can be deceiving. This is because, from the outside driveway you see a 2 storey villa. However, due to the inclination of the land, Chhogori actually covers 3 and a half floors. You can see this more clearly from the rear of the house.
Open the impressive entry door to the property, and you are greeted by an impressive view through the rear windows that face you, to the large outside terrace beyond and down the valley towards the sea.

The downward staircases are configured such that, on the east side of the hall the stairs lead down to a large gymnasium. Here there is space for a free weights area and spinning area. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer views to the sea. A further staircase leads from the gym area down to the indoor pool area with its changing rooms, WC and massage room. Space has been allocated by the pool to house a sauna / hammam / Jacuzzi / cold dip.
On the west side of the hall the stairs lead down to doors that open to reveal a ‘snooker/games room. Leading of this room, on the north side is the cinema room. Plus a guest bathroom. Whilst on the other side you have a bar area and a comfy couch and TV area. Windows and glass doors allow for views that extend across the garden, down the valley and beyond to the sea. Leave the games room and you find yourself under a covered terrace at the rear of the house. There is an outside shower and bathroom at one side of this terrace and a storage room at the other.
Steps from the covered terrace at the rear of the games room lead down to the garden area. You are immediately impressed by the outdoor pool which sits at the foot of the steps. A large, open sided, thatched-covered pagoda, with summer kitchen sits on the east side of the pool.
